The Femelt Reactoris a Direct Reduction Iron Ore
Reactor Unit.
Designed to be operated as multiple Reactor unit that may be operated at mine
site or at an industrial facility.
Each Femelt Reactor operates independently with its own enviromental unit and
has the production capasity of approx 100-200K mt pig iron pa.
Idealy the reactor units work in series as four units allowing for shutdown
and maintenance to be conducted as production continues.
The technology allows for the use of Low-Medium Grade Iron Ore Fines, as feedstock
and the use of high ash steaming coal and or Natural Gas as the
Reducants.

Four hundred and twenty four Hectares (424 Hcts) of concessions of which one

and two hundred and ninety nine hectares (299 Hcts) are under study.
Right now we are mining Manganese ore at West Sumatra
,Indonesia.We have 730 ha of land and 150 we detect ,consist of Manganese
ore with many deposit and Mn 60%.Now we are trying to find partner who are
willing to do the Joint operation with us.
Project JV investment, the details of production, plant location, sources of
ore and other raw materials including to capital investment for the project.
1. To set up a Melting Plant for the production of Pig Iron 250 metric tons per
working shift of 12 hours x 2 shifts or equal to 500 metric tons per day.
Location of the plant to be set is adjacent to mine sites of Mining
Company or other locations, if it is considered more appropriates for the Biz of
Loei Province, Thailand.
2. The project investment is estimated US$2.00
Millions/plant inclusive. JV equalities would be spain/foreign 70% stakes
including Thais. For the remaining of 30% would be for Mining Co.
3. Singapore to provide the project finance of US$2.00 Millions.
Mining Company shall be provided technical know-how and also to undertake
overall operations of the plant including to the production, sources of ore and
other raw materials related to the Pig Iron production as well.
4.
Sources of raw material such as Iron Ore to be supplied for the Pig Iron
production is mainly from Mining Co., with a guaranteed for 10 years supply
of ore reserves not less than 70 Million metric tons.

of Pig Iron is at Baht:14,000.00/Mt. Plus
